Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to be completely satisfied with your reading. Here's everything you need to know about our refund and cancellation policy.
1. Our Satisfaction Promise
We stand behind the quality of our readings. If you're not satisfied with your reading for any reason, we'll work with you to make it right. This may include a revision from your astrologer, a reading with a different astrologer, or a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds are available when:
- The reading was not delivered within the promised timeframe
- The reading does not address the questions you submitted
- There are significant factual errors in your birth chart calculation
- You experience technical issues preventing access to your reading
- You cancel a live session more than 24 hours in advance
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided when:
- You simply disagree with the astrologer's interpretation
- The predictions did not come true (astrology is not exact science)
- You cancel a live session less than 24 hours in advance
- You have already received and reviewed your reading without issues
- More than 7 days have passed since receiving your reading
- The reading was provided as a gift and you are not the purchaser
4. Cancellation Policy
Written Readings: Can be cancelled for a full refund before the astrologer begins work. Once work has begun, cancellations may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
Live Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Rescheduling: Free rescheduling is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled session, subject to astrologer availability.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team:

- Include your order number and reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant details or concerns about your reading
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to request a revision. Many concerns can be addressed through clarification:
- Minor Revisions: Free clarifications on points within your reading (requested within 7 days)
- Follow-up Questions: One round of follow-up questions included with each reading
- Additional Revisions: May be available for an additional fee, determined by the astrologer
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues accessing your reading (broken links, missing files, video playback problems, etc.), please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue or provide a full refund if the problem cannot be fixed promptly.
8. Gift Readings
Gift readings follow the same refund policy. However, only the original purchaser can request a refund. Gift recipients may request revisions and clarifications directly.
9. Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve your refund request to your satisfaction, you may:
- Request escalation to a senior customer service representative
- File a dispute with your credit card company or payment provider
- Leave an honest review about your experience
10. Policy Changes
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
